Sometimes i think to get down to the what, and the why.. you have to strip everything away, and get to what's really underneath it all. i feel like we often pile on so many layers, and things on ourselves in an effort at self preservation, but it's ok to just say" i am not ok." I'm not having the best mental health nor physical health day today... but nonetheless, i turn to my posting, as it gives me some comfort.
