So my lovely creepies... it's almost the end of a decade... that makes me both happy and equally sad.  I remember joining Second Life all bright eyed and bushy tailed back in 2010, fascinated with everything it had to offer, and i'm still pretty fascinated with what it is as a whole. That being said, i miss the Second Life of yesteryear. You know, for any of you who were around since it's dawn til now, you recall the time when it was possible to make seemingly endless amounts of friends and acquaintances.. dance the night away, laugh, cry, screw(yes really) and pretty much anything else to your heart's content on the grid. Man i miss those times!


These days while SL has traded in those smooshy looking noob nubs for the sleekness of mesh feet., it has also lost the warm charm it once had when it comes to its residents. I don't believe that all is lost, not when i've had almost the exact same group of friends all this time i've been here. I am pleased deeply when i venture out some random place either late or super early and run into some person who is also exploring and we strike up a great and funny convo just like back in the day. If you spot me around the grid, shout hello, i won't bite i promise! I hope a little of that old grid charm returns... with a bit of that, and a few less events, i think SL would be perfect!
