So lately, even though i'm quite deep in the pit of seasonal depression on top of the regular, steady drumbeat i have going on internally... somehow i feel at peace. I lend this post to that. To the feeling of just "being ok" just  existing on a moment, a single moment that's good and riding it as long as i can. and it's helping. i hope anyone else out there in pixel land who may be living with depression as well has found a safe or effective way to cope as well.Just in case you haven't or cannot... i understand, and you have my ear.. find me if you need. -CreepDolly
