So, i had a totally different idea in mind for this post.. but didn't have a chance to grab all of the items i wanted to for it, so i came up with something new! much like we spend our new years time trying to come up with resolutions to force ourselves to stick to, sometimes i find, it is best to just work on the fly and completely off the top of your head. I do my best work when i am just being random. This year, i give myself no real resolutions but to do better than last year, even if it's just getting more rest  or drinking more water.. small things are important to our peace of mind, well being and overall mood as well, so i think those are good goals to reach for if anything.
