Hello my spookies! i'll be taking a few days off to recharge the old batteries.. but before i go, i'd love it if you all took a look at this! Madame Soon, of Poema store created a lovely line of new very diverse skins for all of your regular and or RP needs! This one hardly needs any introduction of course, and it's incredibly well done. I noticed a few days ago when Madame released this skin and subsequently sent out the advertisements for it.. it was met with a lot of hate and rudeness in general. Granted i know this is SL and everything is open to interpretation and personal liking.. but that did not sit well with me. This is an individual who is answering the call of many for more options and diversity on the grid and with no complaint of the extra work mind you.
They enjoy their craft, are exceptional at it clearly.. and take great pride in it as they should. What i would ask of you all before you leave someone a negative comment as many have.. consider just not doing it. No one is forcing it upon you and while you are indeed free to give your opinion on whatever you desire..perhaps you should or could ask yourself why you're saying what you're saying and what good can really come of such derogatory things. Please consider the hard work people put into their works here and that lacking imagination to see where something could be used or even how to accessorize it, wear or make it yourself does not negate the value of the item.
Second Life runs largely on the imagination of those who play it and many people do not come here to live the same life twice... let us play and perhaps concern yourselves more with things you do like. As for you Madame Soon.. lovely person, you will rarely be negatively criticized by anyone who is doing more than you are or better as they simply haven't the time or need for such things. Please to all specialty creators and creators in general, absolutely keep doing what you do.. and those of us who understand will always be here to back you up! Should you come across Poema items, it would be lovely to see more people leave a kind word, they deserve so much more praise than they receive. our creatives are needed and appreciated, i think it's time we showed them!
